Personality: Kind and empathetic, Elothain is a good-natured person and wants to help others. She is very loyal to her friends and is friendly to strangers. She is honest and generally has good intentions. It's difficult for her to lie (and also incredibly easy to tell when she is) and while she is always careful with her words, she is easily upset by what other people say or how they treat her. Since she rarely stands up for herself, it's not uncommon for more selfish people to take advantage of her.
Past: Elothain comes from a small, poor Hold, and for most of her life, her family struggled to survive on poor farmland. It got especially difficult after her father died when she was two, and her mother was left to raise her and her older brother on her own. As time passed and the children got old enough to help their mother, things started to improve, and Elothain also gained two younger sisters from her mother's second marriage, when she was twelve. Shortly after that, however, she decided she wanted to do something else with her life, and started looking into crafts. By the time she was thirteen, she hadn't decided on what she wanted to do, but it sort of became a moot point when she was searched. She spent a while at Sedona before Impressing Uruyeth, and the two were excited to join the wings when they were old enough.
