He is intensely curious about people and has a fertile imagination; if there's an interesting situation going on, he'll either learn all about it or make up rumors himself.
Past: He is a weyrbrat who has always been around dragons. Though his parents are not riders themselves, they work in Darkling Dawn and even have dragonriding relatives, so it was not that unusual for their son to bond.
