Personality: N'man can be rather arrogant and full of himself, but he means well. He genuinely wants to help people and thinks that his way of doing things is best, it's just that he's unwilling to take the advice of others. He doesn't care much about what other people think about him, and he's a bit too controlling and unempathetic to make a good leader anyway, but try telling him that. Fortunately for him, he tends to be a loner and rarely hears what's said about him.
Past: Nyman was raised in a large extended family of traders, but he was never as enthralled with it as his parents. When he turned twelve, his parents allowed him to pursue an apprenticeship rather than force him to remain, and he chose the Healer Craft. He excelled in his studies and eventually walked the tables just after his nineteenth birthday. He was visiting his family and attending a gather when he was unexpectedly searched, along with his cousin Bardos, and not to be outdone, he agreed to stand as well. He was hoping for a bronze, or at least a brown, and he was initially annoyed at being chosen by a green, of all things, especially after B'dos managed to Impress a brown. Deinonyth still manages to surprise him from time to time, though, and he's gradually settled in to his new life.
