Personality: Omissa is rather sensitive, prone to take things too seriously and gets upset very easily. She is somewhat self-conscious and often worries about how others think of her. She does not take playful teasing very well and doesn't have much of a sense of humor. She isn't really introverted, but she is hesitant to approach others, especially people her own age, and as a result is often lonely, though it has been a bit better since Impressing Roldeyth.
Past: Omissa is the youngest daughter of a Lord Holder, and was raised in the lap of luxury. Unlike the rest of her siblings, she was always a shy and reluctant child, which caused her parents some problems, especially when it came time for her to think about getting married. Fortunately for Omissa, she was searched by dragonriders visiting the Hold and went to Sedona Weyr. Though sort of hoping to Impress a queen, when she found Roldeyth on the sands, she was nonetheless pleased, and settled in well as a greenrider.
