Name: S'rey (Sorey)
Race:
Human
Gender: Male
Age: 29 (15 at
Impression)
Build: Thin
Hair:
Black, messy, to ears
Skin: Tan
Eyes: Brown
Personality: A stoic and solitary
individual, S'rey is loyal to his Weyrleader and wingmates, but that doesn't
mean he doesn't have his ambitions. He is analytical and can hold his own in an
arguement. He is confident/arrogant enough that he would not be satisfied with
anything less than a Wingleader position, but he is brutally honest and plays
fair. Fiercely determined, he can be intimidating and doesn't always find it
easy to interact with other people.
Past: S'rey is a
former weyrbrat who, in typical Weyr tradition, was fostered and saw little of
his birth parents. Though eligible to stand at twelve, the relative infrequency
of clutches available in the Interval means that he didn't actually stand for a
clutch until he was fifteen. Fortunately, that was the same clutch that he
Impressd Vorvesoth from. He quickly earned a Wingsecond position at his
birth-Weyr, but when Thread started and Sedona Weyr was begun, he was one of the
first to volunteer.
Bond: Bronze
Vorvesoth
Name: Vorvesoth
Race:
Pernese
Gender: Male
Color:
Bronze
Size: 36' long
Parents:
Unknown
Abilities: Telepathy, Teleportation, Assisted
Firebreath
Personality: Very possessive of his rider, he
is aggressive and jealous of anyone who captures S'rey's attention. He is pretty
much a loner who does not get on well with most other dragons, and tends to look
down on the lower colors. In battle, though, he is quite calm and clear-headed,
making him a suitable leader.

It seemed grossly unfair that after everything he'd done--negotiating with
Lord Tuan for Sedona Weyr, finding the riders from Darkling Dawn to help
populate it--Vorvesoth did not, in fact, catch Yuneth when the new Senior Queen
rose. Instead, the Weyrleadership of Sedona Weyr went to a stranger. The fact
that Noa knew of M'rix and his skills at least as well as she did his own (and
that not much at all), was lost on S'rey. Still, he'd proved himself a suitable
Wingleader, and if his Wing did no better than the others, it had say something
about his leadership ability that he had just over two-thirds of the riders he
should have had and only one wingsecond.
