Personality: Well-mannered and outgoing, Th'cher is likable and charismatic. He is obediant and is also good at getting others to listen to him--a good wingsecond, in other words. Despite his extrovertive nature, his personal life is subdued and seldom talked about.
Past: Though he was raised in Darkling Dawn, his parents were not riders themselves. They died when he was five years old, after which he was adopted by L'yl and his (non-dragonrider) wife. He always got along well with his new family, and when his brothers went to stand at Talis, he naturally followed.
