Personality: A big and intimidating young man who is hard to ignore. He looks great and his voice is hypnotic; maybe one day he'll be a Searchrider -- he's definitely hard to say no to! V'fe has an eye for precision and most don't realize that he is an early-made Master of architecture. He still dabbles, though mostly gave the trade up. He loves his dragon too much to devote all of his time to his craft.
Past: Though Varafe's father was a journeyman harper, his mother raised him in the craft she practiced--masonry. He showed a great talent for the craft from a young age and it was a surprise to no one when he decided to apprentice at age twelve. He rose through the ranks quickly, becoming a journeyman by age 15 and was considered something of a prodigy at architecture when he earned his Master status by the time he was twenty-two. A year after that, he was searched for a very special sort of clutch at Shintaru Weyrhold, and though he was reluctant to leave his craft, he was eventually convinced to stand even if he doubted he would Impress. Nobody was more surprised than V'fe when a shimmery blue named Mueneth picked him out about halfway through the first wave of hatchings. He transferred to Sedona Weyr after graduating, where he became a full-time searchrider when not dabbling with his former craft.
