Personality: Zaelle is a very curious person who loves to see new
things. She is adventurous and not at all afraid to explore new places, and
while not particularly outgoing, she doesn't mind talking to strangers. She is
slow to trust, though, and reluctant to let them get close to her. She can be a
bit selfish, feeling very protective of everything she values and tends to
believe they're in danger of being stolen away. This extends to Ippith, as she
gets irrationally jealous of whoever the green is paying attention to.
Past:
Zaelle was born to a pair of rather poor Holders, the third oldest of seven
children. They had some hard times growing up, and Zaelle learned to distrust
strangers from her father. As she got older, she began to think about
apprenticing to a craft, though she wasn't sure how she was going to manage it;
she did always have a way with animals, though, and she made tentative plans to
go to the Beastcrafthall. She was just leaving her Hold when she was intercepted
by dragonriders from Sedona; they offered her a ride to the Hall, but first they
had another suggestion for her. Apparently, the dragons considered her a likely
candidate.
Figuring life in a Weyr, dragonrider or not, was more than she
could have hoped for, Zaelle was quick to agree, and she stood for the senior
queen's clutch, Impressing night green Ippith. It certainly wasn't what she had
expected, but she loved the green and could not have asked for anything
else.

Personality: Ippith has a troubling fondness for mischief, but
it's a trait few people see, as it is constantly at war with the green's
crippling shyness. She is extremely nervous and jittery, and dislikes speaking
up. She is well aware of how she stands out and is always worrying about gossip.
She is much more intelligent and quick-thinking than anyone would expect of her,
so when she does get into mischief, she very rarely gets caught. She is
surprisingly flirtatious during flights, which is about the only time she starts
to come out of her shell, and she has particularly good endurance for her size
as well.
