Personality: Zhube is relatively plain, and loathes the fact. She tries to make up for her low self esteem by continuing with her various crafts -- she's quick to pick up on everything from masonry to reading to playing instruments. She is hard on herself. As such, she is eager to please and obviously a hard worker, but she also tends to be a pushover who drives herself to exhaustion trying to obey anyone.
Past: Zhube was born to a pair of traders traveling across Pern, but her parents were killed in an accident, and she was fostered in the nearest hold. She knows of no living siblings and has only dim memories of her birth parents. Her foster parents were competant but always somewhat distant, and she found it difficult to make friends. She could hardly believe it when she was told she had been searched, and it was an even greater surprise to her when she Impressed green Privareth. The two of them stuck around Shintaru Weyrhold for a while after weyrling training, but eventually decided to move to another home. She and Privareth ended up at Sedona Weyr.
